“Rochdale, St. Chad's.-On April 1, we had our second Coffee Supper and Magic Lantern Service illustrating the C.A. Work, and explained by our Curate, the Rev. F. Crane. At supper 84 sat down. We are happy to say we believe God is blessing our cottage meetings on Tuesday evenings; several souls have, we trust, accepted Christ as their Saviour, and we hope and pray that God will bless them and keep them. We are glad to say the C.A. Ragged School is prospering in the good work, having our C.A. Sisters in teaching the poor little ones the true way to Salvation. For Capt. Dawes.”
