“Holloway.- On the 8th, our Saturday evening's entertainment was more than usually good one 'Christie's Old Organ' being rendered with full musical selections, and illustrated by a series of oxy hydrogen views thrown upon the screen by Mr. Martin from the Headquarters. Capt. King read the narrative; ithe interspersed solos duets, trios, and choruses being rendered by the choir, with Miss Hodgson presidin at the harmonium. The entertainment was greatly enjoyed by the audience, so much so, indeed, thath it was remarked by some, that a better one had never been given in at this hall. (...) For CAPT. KING”
