“'All Goood, Every Night': Captain Britten and Brother Shipton, in charge of the C.A. Mission Van Peterboro I, have been in this parish for ten days, conducting a mission, which in the words of a working lad, has been 'all good, every night'. (...) Missions have been held every evening throughout the mission in the schoolroom, at which very stirring and helpful adressess have been given by the missioners, and it must have been encouraging to them to see so many present: the singing of hymns was very hearty, and the lantern services were specially appreciated. (...)”
