“'Quite a Flutter': (...). A social team, given by the vicar (...), together with a lantern service entitled 'Little Jim' caused a well-packed room on the Friday evening. The mission was brought to a close on Sunday by a lantern service, 'Scenes in the Passion of our Lord' after evensong: and there is no doubt but that the labours of the missioners have been productive of much good (...).”
