“PLAIN SPEAKING Lowdham. - Our dear old Van the 'Southwell' II. has been amongst us and round about this neighbourhood for weeks doing a good work which will never be forgotten. Our Brothers spoke so plain, both indoors and out, that all could understand, and besides that, they gave us some very beautiful Lantern Services which will never be forgotten. Many came forward to testify that God had been working with them by taking memorial cards. We thank God for the good that has been done in this parish; we pray that the earnest words of our Brothers will bring many more careless ones to ask themselves how they stand in God's sight.”
