“Our brothers gipsies: It gives us great pleasure to write of the good work that has been done among 1,500 fruit-pickers in this district. By means of our Lantern, we have been able to reach hundreds in the open-air that otherwise would have been spending time and money in public houses, and we have reason to thank God for the impression that has been made. We pray that the C.A. Gazette, tracts, and booklets that have been circulated may presently bring forth fruit. ”
