Reference

“The way to heaven by Eye-Gate. Chart, Sulton, Kent. – We are indeed thankful for the way God has blessed His own message amoung the hop-pickers of their parish. During the post fortnight we have held twelve C.A. Meetings, and four Lantern Services. The impressions made on many of the roughest of men by the beautiful pictures shown by Capt. Drabble, we feel sure will not be easily rubbed off. As the Captain makes his way through the gardens, dropping the seed wherever opportunities present themselves many have accounts to tell of the good impressions made by the Magic Lantern. It is indeed true Missionary work. God grant that the seed sown many produce a fruitful harvest.”
