“'Nurses and Boxing Day. Chichester. – A most enjoyable evening was children and adults attending the Mission Services held in our Schoolroom, and conducted by dear Nurse Cook, sat down to a Free Tea, which thes all enjoyed most thoroughly. After tea, our Rector (who with his wife, Mrs. Henderson, was amongst us) gave a short Lantern Lecture. The children were sent home with a story and an orange, the adults staying on for a little Entertainment, which was taken up by friends and our good Nurse. For Nurse Cook.””
