“Our annual All Saint's festival passed off very well. Captain Tylor and many of the Low Valley mission-church workers were present, and about sixty sat down to a good tea provided by our Rector. After tea a magic-lantern reading, 'The History of a Cup of Tea,' was given by our Curate, after which we marched to church. Our Rector preached form the words, 'Called to be saints.' Later in the evening many were entertained at super in the Rectory, which brought our festival to a close.”
