“Tuttlebury provides us with good fun when he goes house-hunting -- He liked a house in Ilkley at a rental of £40, but the agent told him another inquirer wanted it. So Tuttlebury considered an hour, then offered more, and the agent consulted his other client, who also offered more -- Finally, Tuttlebury had to give in, for the other client ran the rent up to £80 -- When he got home and found that his wife was the 'lunatic' who had been unconsciously opposing him, he -- --. But there, the best plan is to see the slides and read it for yourself.”
