“Notwithstanding Christmas: The Church Army Mission Van visited this district for the fortnight ending Janunary 3. Mission Services were held in the Mission Church every evening by Capt. Totten and Lieut. Swineburn, assisted by the Rev. D. Roberton, Priest-in-Charge, which were very well attended, notwithstanding the holiday season. The sale of useful books and the Lantern Services were special features of the Mission, which has altogether been very popular, and much good has been done. ”
