“We are pleased to be able to publish, by kind permission of the Postmaster-General, owner of the copyright, this series of various activities of the Post Office, and, if demands warrant it, we will endeavour to augment the various sets.

Nos 1—24 form a new series of the special railway underground by which letters and parcels are collected and delivered to various centres of London, so avoiding congestion on the roads, in addition to speeding up at the works.
