People involved in slide production

HOL, Professor Jacoba B.L.  (1886-1964) – photographer, all 26 slides

Notes

This set contains images from the Utrecht University faculty of physical geography. The photos were taken during the excursions organized by Jacoba Hol, for her students in physical geography. This set shows different excursions between 1922 and 1936.

The excursions were very important to Jacoba Hol because she, as a woman, was not allowed to do field work independently. By organizing the excursions for her students, she could still visit interesting places and make photos. She used these photos in her classes and in her own scientific work.
