The 1899 Newton catalogue lists slides 1-56; the 1909 and 1913 editions add slides 57 and 58-73, with a break in the typography between 57 and 58.

The batch 58-73 includes portraits of several prominent politicians, including the description of Asquith as Prime Minister, suggesting that suggest these slides were added in 1908 or 1909.
