The slide titles are adapted from the reading; the slides themselves carry no titles.

Several of the slides have their number labels applied on the 'wrong' side, so that the image is inverted (as shown by lettering included in the image) if viewed from the label side. For consistency all the images are reproduced here seen from the 'front', but also shown digitally inverted to correct the included lettering.
