LAWLEY, Hon. Arthur (1860-1932) – slide 7
The earliest possible date is based on the image of Arthur Lawley at Slide 7; he was first appointed as Administrator of Matabeleland in 1896. Given the absence of war references the set may have been first produced before 1899.
