“Downend. - On Monday evening the Rev. T. H. Love delivered an interesting and instructive lecture in the Wesleyan Chapel, entitled 'The History of our English Bible.' The lecture was illustrated with dissolving views shown by Mr. J. Martin. Mr. Pearson presided over a moderate attendance. A collection was taken in aid of the school funds.”
