“Princes Ridbourogh - Free Church Sunday School - A very interesting lecture, illustrated by magic lantern views, was given by Mr. Adcock on the 18th, which was well attended, subject, 'Life and Labours of Dr. Livingstone, the great explorer.' The lecture was repeated on the 19th for the benefit of Union Chapel Schools, Little Kimble. Speen Baptist Sunday School, also Bledlow, Ford, Loosely-row, and other schools have been much interested and helped during the month by Mr. Adcock's visits with his magic lantern, illustrative of many ancient ruins, chief places in Scotland, Wales, and the continent, including some views of cathedrals, and objects of interest and antiquity in England.”
