“Hampton Wick Mission Sunday School - The children of this school were entertained by the teachers on Tuesday evening, Jan. 8th, in the Baptist School-room, Kingston-on-Thames. After tea they were further entertained by a magic lantern and lecture (from the Sunday school Union), entitled, 'The Crossing Sweepers.' The pictures were exhibited by Mr. Austin and the narrative was briefly given by the Rev. G. Wright, the pastor.”
