“NEVER LESS THAN 200 Hazelbury Bryan. - The 'Salisbury' Diocesan Church Van, with its energetic Church Army workers, has come and gone, but their earnest work has been a blessing to many a one in the secluded village of Hazelbury Bryan. Capt. Bell worked with indomitable energy for a fortnight, giving an able lecture in the church each evening to a very crowded congregation; never less than 200 being present. At the last meeting there were more than 300 resolution cards distributed, and many pledges taken. His graphic description that evening of the working of the Church Army, illustrated by magic lantern slides, induced many a one to think seriously of joining the Army and devoting their lieves to working for God.
