“Many Taught. Bewdley, Worcesteshire. – One of the Church Army Vans visited us for the first time in December last, and we hope, please God, it will not be the last. The meetings were most enjoyable. Capt. Wood and Brother Coleman were most sypathising with us, and taught many of us to love Christ more and put our trust in Him alone. They spoke so beautifully about our Savior’s love to us. Another thing we must not forget, the Lantern Services were most bright and helpful to the people, which were ably shewn and explained by Captain Wood. We hope next time they visit us, which we trust (God willing) will be before long, with God’s grace there will be more unity. Bewdley Friends.”
