“St. George the Matyr, Southwark - The annual winter treat and prize distribution took place on Friday, Feb. 6th. The Rev. Burman Cassim presided, and Mr. Colbert, of the Parent Society, gave an excellent lecture, 'Incidents of Perils and Heroism', with dissolving views. The prize were then distributed and with the gift of an orange and a bun the young people to their homes.”
