“'A Good Example': The twelve days mission of the C.A. Van came to a close on St. Michael and All Angels Day. At 7 o'clock celebration there was a large number of Communicants, who made this an act of special thanksgiving to God, for the help they had received during the mission. (...). Throughout the mission, there have been daily celebrations of the Holy Communion, and in addition to the services in the church, there have been two services held wither in the school or in the barn at Charlton or on the open air. Many of these have been illustrated by the Lantern, and at all of them addresses have been given by Capt. Smith and Bro. Robinson. (...)”
